  7. Ponemos las lentejas escurridas cubriendolas de agua, muy rasa, sin sobrepasar mucho.
  8. Tapar y poner a fuego fuerte hasta que llegue a hervir. Una vez rompa a hervir, bajar el fuego a medio bajo unos 10 min.
  9. Pasado este tiempo cubrir de agua de nuevo (caliente para no romper la ebullición) y unos dos dedos más de agua.
  10. Echar el arroz unos 20 minutos antes de acabar de hacerse las lentejas.
  11. Dejar cocinar hasta el tiempo que indique cada paquete de lentejas. En mi caso 50 min y 20 min el arroz.
