  5. En una sartén, pon 100 ml de aceite aprox y fríe las albóndigas un poco, hasta que queden doraditas. Cuando estén, añade las albóndigas a la salsa (el caldo de pollo)
  6. Deja reposar a fuego lento las albóndigas en la salsa durante 1 o 2 horas. Servir caliente y ¡Que aproveche!
