  4. Añadir el 300 gr de agua, 150 gr vino blanco, Sal y Pimienta negra molida, y programa 30 min/Varoma/giro invertido/velocidad cuchara y colocar el recipiente Varoma (con las albóndigasdentro) sobre la tapa.
    Una vez terminado el tiempo, abrir el recipiente Varoma con cuidado de no quemarnos y comprobar que las albóndigas están hechas. Poner las albóndigas en una fuente donde las vayamos a servir y añadir la salsa por encima. Mezclar bien y dejar reposar un ratito.
