- En una olla/cacerola echar un poco de Aove y calentar, después echar los dos dientes de ajo con una rajita cada uno y la hoja de laurel, cuando veamos que los ajos están doraditos los sacamos y también la hoja de laurel (bajamos al mínimo el fuego).
- Tomamos 2 cucharadas de harina y la echamos en la cacerola, poco a poco y esparciendo por todo el espacio, removemos y apartamos del fuego. Debe quedar un tono tostadito.
- Dejamos reposar un par de minutos removiendo de vez en cuando. Echamos vino blanco (un chorreón sólo) y removemos, encendemos el fuego y volcamos el resto de ingredientes de la salsa, es decir, el agua (la cantidad varía dependiendo de la salsa que queramos y del volumen que ocupan las albóndigas, ya que deberán cubrirlas) y el avecrem (tip para el avecrem, machacar con una cuchara por todos los lados para hacerlo polvo y sea más fácil de esparcir en nuestra comida) y llevamos a ebullición.
- Una vez esté hirviendo, bajamos el fuego y echamos las albóndigas (cuidado que si se tiran desde lo alto, salpica). Hay que dejarlas unos 30 minutos para que la carne se haga. No tapar.
