  1. En primer lugar prepararemos la carne para hacer las albóndigas. Para ello picaremos muy muy bien los ajos y el perejil. Lo mezclaremos con la carne y añadiremos un huevo y pan rallado hasta que podamos hacer bolitas con las manos sin que se nos pegue
  2. Una vez haya reposado la masa haremos bolitas y las echaremos en la freidora a temperatura de 150°. Las albóndigas se harán en unos 5 minutos. Aprovecharemos que está puesta la freidora para darle una pasada a las patatas de la salsa. Yo las he dejado 4min a la misma temperatura.
  3. Para la salsa picaremos las verduras. Haremos un refrito con las verduras hasta que estén doraditas, luego añadiremos el tomate también picado y lo freiremos un poquito.Pasados unos 10 minutos añadiremos el caldo de pollo y le pasaremos la batidora para que no queden trozos del sofrito. Una vez hecho esto añadiremos las patatas y el vaso de vino blanco. Dejaremos a fuego medio bajo, durante 20minutos y pasado este tiempo añadiremos las albóndigas.
  4. Una vez añadidas las albóndigas cocinaremos unos 10 minutos más y ya estarán lista para comer!
