  2. 1 diente ajo, harina para rebozar

  4. Añadimos el caldo de carne (la mitad y reservamos el resto por si lo pide el guiso) dejamos unos 20 minutos que se mezclen bien todos los sabores
  5. Una vez pasado ese tiempo trituramos toda la verdura y echamos las albóndigas y los guisantes dejamos unos 20, 25 minutos más a fuego bajo que se termine de cocinar(si vemos que necesita más caldito se le añade un poco) y ya está podéis acompañar de unas patatas a tacos, un arroz blanco, un cous cous.....bueno lo que más os guste o tal cual de cualquier manera, buen provecho!!!!😋
