En una sartén amplia ponemos aceite, añadimos el ajo picado, cuando empiece a dorar añadimos la cebolla, sal y pimienta, dejamos pocharse 5 minutos, añadimos el pimiento rojo y verde y la zanahoria, removemos y dejamos 5 minutos más.
  6. Añadimos el calabacín, removemos esperando unos minutos a que se ablande un poquito. Añadimos el vaso de vino blanco y esperamos 5 minutos más. Ponemos en un bol, añadimos el agua y trituramos con batidora de brazo.
  7. Cubrimos las albóndigas con la salsa y llevamos al fuego potencia media-baja, tapado, durante media hora, sacudiendo de cuando en cuando la olla para que no se peguen. Servimos.
