- Ponemos las albóndigas en la olla una a una, (nos aseguraremos de que están todas cubiertas por el caldo, si hiciera falta añadiríamos un poco más de agua) tapamos la olla y dejamos a fuego fuerte durante 18 minutos
- Trituramos las 2 o 3 rebanadas de pan que hemos cortado en trocitos con un poco de caldo de las albóndigas hasta que quede uniforme se lo añadimos a la olla y dejamos cocer a fuego fuerte con la olla sin tapar 2 minutos más
