- Volvemos a la olla y cuando esté todo bien pochadito, añadimos el tomate sin piel y troceado y seguimos pochando hasta que esté bien pasado. A continuación añadimos el vino tinto y el caldo y dejamos cocer hasta que evapore el alcohol y unos 10 minutos.
- Ahora vamos haciendo las albóndigas con las manos y en una sartén las doramos y reservamos.
