- La salsa se hace mezclando 1 cucharada sopera de harina en agua fría, añadiendo perejil, ajo picado, avecrem. Removiendo en la sartén hasta medio espesar. Añadir la picada de almendras y dejar espesar hasta textura deseada. No se recomienda muy espesa porque las albóndigas absorben bastante.
- NOTA: Hay quién las hace con salsa de tomate, orégano y un pelín de canela. Pero en este caso, en vez de enharinar la albóndigas, se pasa por pan rallado.
