- 400 gr. carne picada (según la cantidad de albóndigas que queremos hacer)
- 3 o 4 ajitos
- 3 o 4 cdts sal según la cantidad de carne picada
- perejil
- 2 o 3 huevos
- 1/2 paquete Pan rebozado
- SALSA
- 2 vasos agua medianitos
- 1 pastilla pollo de avecrem
- 2 hojas laurel
- sal una xispilla
- harina para espesar
- Azafrán que seria el colorante
- 1/2 cebolla

- ALBONDIGAS:
Primero de todo picamos los 4 ajitos. - En un bol, mezclamos los siguientes ingredientes: carne picada,los ajitos picados, sal, los huevos, el perejil (yo le echo de pote) y el pan rebozado.
- Con la mano lo mezclamos todo muy bien hasta que quede una pasta y vamos haciendo bolitas.
- Calentamos el fuego y cuando este caliente freimos las bolas a fuego medio con aceite de oliva.
- Cuando esten marroncitas las metemos dentro de un plato
- SALSA:
Antes de nada, con la misma sarten que hemos hecho las albondigas, freimos la media cebolla, picadita,# un xorillo de aceite de oliva. - En una cazuela mediana echamos lo siguiente: Los dos vasos de agua,y cuando el agua este caliente (a fuego medio siempre) añadimos la cebolla que hemos picado y frito en la sartén, la pastilla de avecrem, y las dos hojas de laurel. Lo dejamos unos 3 minutos.
- A continuación echamos un poquito de sal, más el azafran. Dejamos pasar unos 2 minutos, sin parar de mover.
- Añadimos como medio vaso de harina, para que la salsa quede espesita, si vemos que aun queda líquida, le hechamos un poquito más de harina.
- Movemos sin parar unos 10 minutos para que no queden grumitos y a continuacion ponemos en la misma olla las albondigas que habíamos hecho antes.
- En la olla nos encontraremos con la salsa y las albondigas, movemos unos 5 minutos las albondigas con la salsa para que pillen el gusto y ya esta!!!!!
