- Apartamos la mitad del aceite de la sartén y añadimos la cebolleta picada, cuando empiece a estar tierna añadimos los tomates rallados, dejamos hacer unos 5 minutos.
- Añadimos entonces los champiñones laminados, rehogamos 5 minutos mas y vertemos todo en la cazuela encima de las albóndigas, a la picada del mortero le añadimos el curry.
- Desleímos con 1 vaso de agua y vertemos todo junto en la cazuela, añadimos agua hasta que cubrir las albóndigas, pero solo lo justo, rectificamos de sal y dejamos cocer a fuego medio 20 minutos.
- Mientras en el aceite que nos ha quedado freímos las patatas peladas y lavadas cortadas en cascos grandes, cuando estén doradas añadimos a la cazuela y dejamos cocer todo junto 10 minutos mas, servimos bien caliente.
