- Triturar el tomate y colocarlo en un sartén con un chorrito de aceite, agregar sal, ají molido, pimentón y pimienta. Cocinar en fuego mínimo por 15 minutos
- Yo prepare arroz para acompañar, otra variante serían papas hervidas.
