- 2 cucharadas vinagre balsámico
- 1 cucharada soja
- 1 cucharada azúcar
- 1 loncha grandecita de jamón de york

- 1/2 cucharilla maicena
- 1 huevo
- Cilantro
- Harina
- Sal
- Aceite

- Mezclas junto a la carne picada el huevo, la media rebanada de pan remojada en leche y bien escurrida, la loncha de jamón de york bien picadita, una pizca de cilantro y otra de sal, dejas que repose el tiempo que tú dispongas.
- Una vez reposada la carne,haces bolitas y las pasas por harina, seguidamente las fríes, que se queden hechas pero (ojo tampoco las torres) piensa que tienen que quedar jugosas pero que NO se van ha terminar de hacer con la salsa.
- Echas en una cazuela el azúcar,la salsa de soja,el vinagre balsámico,la cucharada de azúcar, una cucharada del aceite de freír las albóndigas y parte del jugo de la piña, reserva un poquito para diluir la maizena.
- Disuelve todo, poniéndolo a calentar, cuando rompa a hervir le echas la maizena disuelta en el jugo, lo dejas unos minutos pero sin dejar de remover y siempre a fuego moderado, echas las albóndigas que cojan color por todas partes, la salsa se ira poniendo ligeramente gelatinosa y plato conseguido.
