- Copramos la sepia sucia en el mercado. En este caso fuimos al mercado de Arenys de Mar.
- Ingredientes (los tenéis arriba descritos por cantidades y bien detallados)
- Limpiamos la melsa de la sepia. (Quedó bonita la cocina...)
- Picamos la cebolla a cuadraditos (brunoise)
- Añadimos el tomate rallado. Después añadimos la sepia y la dejamos a fuego suave.
- En un bol carne picada, huevo, pan mojado en la leche, sal/pimienta y mezclamos.
- Bolear+ enharinar y freír.
- Añadimos albóndigas al sofrito con la sepia. Una vez doraditas las albóndigas cubrimos de agua y dejamos cocinar unos 40 min. Después añadimos los guisantes.
- Hacemos la picada: Con un mortero, avellanas/almendras, un poquuito de pan tostado y ajo frito.
- Aquí una foto de la picada entera.
- Añadimos la melsa a la picada y lo incorporamos todo al guiso para que se acabe de hacer. (5 min aprox)
