  5. Armar las albóndigas, pasar por harina y apenas saltear en un fondo de aceite hasta que apenas se doren. Agregar a la misma sartén más o menos 3/4 litro de agua hirviendo y dejar que se cocinen por unos 40 min
  6. Tener agua hirviendo lista para ir agregando en caso que sea necesario. Yo las hice en una sartén alta con tapa, y casi no necesité agregar. Se pueden ir corrigiendo condimentos.
  7. Antes de apagar, se puede agregar salsa de tomate para que parezca un estofado. Apagar, dejar reposar unos minutos, y bon appétit 😍😍
