  25. Añadir la melsa de la sepia que nos potenciará el sabor.

  27. Una vez rompa a hervir, añadir la picada y remover con mucho cuidado un par de veces. Y dejar que todo se integre y se cocine durante unos minutos más, básicamente hasta que la sepia esté tierna.
  28. Unos 5 min antes de retirar del fuego, añadir los guisantes.
