  11. 4 tomates
  12. 3 dientes ajo
  13. aceite de oliva

  15. 1/4 cucharadita bicarbonato sódico

  4. Preparamos la salsa de tomate, colocando en una sartén con un poco de aceite los ajos cortados en láminas y cuando estén dorados echamos los tomates pelados y cortados en trocitos. Añadimos la sal y la pimienta y removemos. Dejamos reducir a fuego bajo durante 30 min. Luego batimos todo y volvemos a echar en la sartén y le añadimos el bicarbonato, empezará a burbujear, removemos durante unos minutos hasta que deje de hacerlo.
  5. Añadimos las albóndigas a la sartén con el tomate, las cubrimos bien y dejamos cocer durante 6 minutos. Servir. Pueden acompañarse de arroz blanco, cous-cous, o verduras a la plancha. !!!!! Buen Provecho ¡¡¡¡
